Gordon Clark and the American Scientific Affiliation

There are a few resources that are not found in the only available bibliography of Gordon Clark (link). One of them is an article, written for the American Scientific Affiliation (ASA), is called, "A Note on Science and Morality," which can be read here (link).

While on the subject of the American Scientific Affiliation, while there are no digitally published transcriptions of Clark's engagement at the 1959 Evangelical Theological Society's joint conference with the ASA, this report both mentions Clark as a discussant of Russell Mixter's talk called, "Christian and Naturalistic Interpretations of Adaptation." I know from a program of the conference that this talk was scheduled to be given on Wednesday, June 10th, at 7:30 p.m. It's possible that audio of this is in the Wheaton archives (link), but I have no present way to access this in person. The following, however (from the above, linked report), quotes Clark as making the following, interesting statement:

"Science is as high a calling as the ministry. If called to scientific pursuits, the way to glorify God is to be the very best scientist possible. Science is a Christian profession and should be recognized as such."
